PC BEE Terms and Conditions

1. Services Provided

PC BEE offers laptop and gadget sales, repair services, technical support, and related technology solutions.

2. Service Warranty

  • Repair warranties apply only to the specific parts replaced or services rendered.
  • Warranty is void if damage is due to misuse, tampering, or third-party repairs.

3. Payments and Refunds

  • Payments must be settled before item release unless agreed otherwise.
  • Refunds are only applicable in cases of overpayment or service non-performance.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • Data loss during repairs (customers are strongly advised to back up files).
  • Delays caused by force majeure or supplier issues.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
